Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Flavori website located at goflavori.com or any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Flavori ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
Flavori is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides restaurant owners and operators with tools to monitor online reviews across third-party platforms including Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, generate AI-assisted response drafts, and manage their online reputation. The Service requires you to connect and authorize access to your third-party business accounts.
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@goflavori.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms or are being used fraudulently.
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the free trial period, your account will require a paid subscription to continue accessing the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offerings at any time without notice. Founding Restaurant participants receive an extended free trial period as described in the Founding Restaurant Program terms communicated at signup.
Access to Flavori's paid features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate corresponding to your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@goflavori.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
To use Flavori's core features, you must authorize Flavori to access your third-party business accounts (Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business, TripAdvisor, etc.) on your behalf. By granting this authorization, you represent that you have the right and authority to do so. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Flavori complies with the terms of service of these third-party platforms. Flavori is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms including removal of reviews, suspension of accounts, or changes to their APIs.
Flavori uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review responses. These suggestions are drafts only and require your review and approval before posting. You are solely responsible for any content you approve and publish to third-party platforms. By approving and posting a response, you represent that the content is accurate, does not violate any third-party terms of service, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. Flavori does not warrant that AI-generated responses will be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flavori and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Flavori. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service, but grant us a limited license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLAVORI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLAVORI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flavori and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending an email notification to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flavori regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
